ABOUT
Links, contracts & disclosures
A community site around three live contracts we do not run. Connecting never signs.
What you can do
Boxes & boards
Daily boxes from live holdings. Public ranks are the same number.
What this site is

Punksville is a community-driven, interactive Web3 experience built around three pre-existing Ethereum NFT collections. We do not own, administer, or hold any admin, mint, or withdraw permissions on any of the contracts below. You can browse the collections, connect a wallet, open daily boxes, sit on the boards, and watch Pulse. On-chain writes this site offers are a direct wallet call to Spirits mint() and Artifact consume(), each after a live simulation. Every OpenSea or Etherscan link goes to the real, canonical page. Always verify a contract address independently before interacting with it.
Contracts
The original V3 Punks collection - a community-driven, legacy-free reinterpretation of the CryptoPunks format, launched February 2, 2022 by icymind.eth. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Larva Labs/Yuga Labs.
A companion collection to V3 Punks. Artifacts could be minted or claimed (via allowlist merkle proof). An unconsumed Artifact is the other price of a Spirit: consume() locks it in the Spirits contract and mints a new Spirit, gas only.

From the 2022 hall
The first community Punksville site linked out to these collections as cross-promotion. Kept here as archive. Inclusion is not an endorsement.
Chat reports and bans
What the street's chat keeps, for how long, and who can read it. A line anyone says is kept nowhere.
- When a citizen reports a line, the town's keepers keep that one line, the wallet and Punk that said it, when and where it was said, the reason, and the wallet of the citizen who reported it. Nothing else of the street: no address of your network, no browser, no other line.
- A report is kept for 6 months after the keepers decide it, then deleted. A ban is kept while it stands and for 6 months after it is lifted. A short code made from every line, never its words, is kept for 15 minutes so a report can be checked against what was really said.
- Only the keepers can read reports. A keeper may export a report to a file and keep a copy where it is needed, for example to answer a review. A copy is the keepers' to keep safe and to delete when it is no longer needed. The site counts each export (who, when, how many reports), never what was in it.
- Nothing is decided by a program. A keeper may mute a wallet from chat for a day or ban it. The wallet is told why, in the keepers' own words, until when, and how to ask for a second look. It can still walk, emote and read.
- To ask the keepers to look again, or to ask what is kept about your wallet, use the contact form or write to @oracleofmemes on X, and say which wallet it is. The Privacy notice says what the whole site keeps.
Security
- Connecting a wallet here never requests a signature or a transaction.
- We will never ask for a seed phrase or private key.
- The optional Spirits mint and Artifact consume each show the exact function and destination contract before you sign. Mint ETH goes to the original contract. Consume sends 0 ETH. This site receives none of it. Demo mode never signs anything. It is a local fake wallet.
- Holder score and loot boxes live in the site's own application layer, not on-chain and not a claim on the original NFT contracts. Connecting never signs. Daily boxes are a computed UTC grant from live holdings, not a cron job. The first official box asks the wallet to sign once. Good for 30 days on this device. The server rolls and records the haul. Demo loot stays in this browser.
- The winner's move on this site is practice. It never asks for a signature. A real weekly chair, when seated, would be a later second sign. It is not seated.
- Our Terms of use say what is allowed here, how moderation works and how to ask for a review.
